As long as it has all of the regulation lighting fitted to it ie headlight
tail light and indicators.It is taxed insured and mot`d then yes.
As for it being a decent bike then yes its ok as long as you are not
expecting a pocket rocket.Its a good commuter bike and gives good
gas mileage.
