the liquid mechanic oil no frills cheep & does the job . ptf chain lube, none fling goes all over the back wheel and is a prat to clean off, dry chain lube ends up just like grinding paste,

Bel Ray sprays on white, which is kind of handy. l used Chain Wax for a lot of miles. More important is regular service.

l use PJ1 blue label on all my chain driven machines.
It wo not drip or fly off (making a mess as other lubes do).

Any quality brand will work. Do not use WD40 because it will ruin your o-rings.

Lastly, apply after a long ride and wipe up excess. Let it sit overnight and you will find that the lube will stay on better.
