people told me that it is a C motor since it was made in 1991. it has 9600 miles on it and no carb or exhaust and does have oil cooler and CDI

No Carb or exhaust--Then it most likely is not running. l would suspect you could get maybe 100 bucks for it.

Work is good for the thought full. l may be needed to know that answering the asked question is not what is really asked for. How ever you like some may like as much as it is worth, labor mechanics, parts and conditioning. if you have been given and or asked to the price pay, not have price so close to me, many cycles are well worth one dollar and past a thousands of dollars.

Combine two of the above. Try putting it on an auction site with a $550 reserve and a $100 opening bid. l always go by the adage that something is only worth as much as someone else is willing to pay for it.
