Hi, my friend has an aprilia rs125 which keeps cutting out between
5000 & 6000 revs .. more or less when it hits power band ... please help...ANYONE
pretty sure its not rev limiter has its a recent problem .. will try piston rings.. any other suggestions really welcome..

Its easy,it is cutting out because of the rev limiter.Its there to stop you blowing up the engine.

dave its not a limiter,not at 6000rpm is anyway.,my moneys on the sparky or coil braking down under load.
