l changed the front pads of my 400ex today and when l went to bleed the brakes l did it just as l would a car.
i still have a very soft brake lever and the pistons on the calipers are not compressing.
what am l doing wrong

do not pump the brake lever.Open the bleeder compress the lever and close the bleeder while the lever is compressed.Repete until all the air is removd.
