Its not smoke its like little bits of oil or something. Anyone know what it is or how l can stop it?

Do NOT start it up again, l would take it down to the local shop and get it checked, it could be the piston rings are broken and are going out the exhaust, and if that happens and the piston breaks up and shears the casing it would be quite a large bill to get it repaired, dont risk it get it checked but then again l could be wrong.

Black smoke means your engine is combusting engine oil. Do not ride anymore as engine oil in your combustion chamber is burning and is very harmful. The black oil you see in your exhaust is the proof that engine oil got into your engine which is NOT supposed to happen.

There must be a crack or leakage somewhere between the engine and the engine oil pan that is causing the oil to enter your engine.

Send it to a mechanic immediately as it may be dangerous.

it may be as simple as being over filled with engine oil. or as bad as rings going bad. take a white cloth & try to trap some of the stuff. determine if it is oil or not. it also could be carbon from the inside of the muffler,breaking loose. the packing in the muffler could be getting old or gas/oil fouled. & the bits could be breaking off in the exhaust.over time the packing breaks down & needs to be replaced. if it sat for a while,it could even be a mouse or bug nest.. l would take it to a good mechanic & have it checked out. oil smoke would be bluish colored. too much fuel would cause blacker smoke.Take out u sparkplug. (with the engine cold). look at the plug. if it is oily,and wet,you have an engine problem.if it is dry & brownish or tan,look for bad packing in the muffler.
