does anyone know what kind of brake pads l need for THE FRONT????..... l went to a place today and they were telling me that l need 2 sets of pads for the front(4 pads)... is that true..... the cost was like 49 a set... l think thats too pricy...... around how much should they be going for??? thanks

yes thats right, always change both sets of pads at the same time (all 4 pads) you dont say if there genuine kwak pads or pattern, genuine parts are always more expensive but are no better that pattern, EBC make pads for your bike and may be cheaper, in the uk they retail for about 30 pounds per caliper.

you should always change all 4 the same time. EBC are about $35 per side and are better than stock.

As you have a disk on each side you will need a pair for each disk.
Although listed as 1 pair these have a photo that show the 4 pads required.
