can also be caused by the front tire not being ''seated'' properly on the rim. Jack up the front and spin the wheel and see if the bead is even all of the way around the rim. Could also be an unbalanced front tire or a sticky brake caliper dragging.

It can be caused by any number of things. Worn, cupped tread is a common problem. So is hitting something which causes the belts of the tire to partially break loose inside the tire. Bent rims can cause the tire to spin unevenly. Bad wheel bearings can cause it, so can bad or cheap steering head bearings. A faulty front fork on one or more sides can cause wobble. If the wheel is spoked & not an alloy rim, the spokes not being tuned properly or being bent can cause a wobble. Low tire pressure can cause a wobble too. High speed wobbles can be caused by having the center of pressure in front of the center of gravity, causing the front end of the bike to lighten up due to wind speeds, air getting under the fender & also the faster u go, the more the tire expands, causing less & less of the sides of the tire tread to make contact with the road surface. So, maybe ur problem falls into one of these catagories.

could be a weight issue also .. i'm a small guy 135lbs when l get up to higher speeds above 75 or 80 l would start wobblen around so l keep it under that speed . also with the lighter bikes but when l would ride my goldwing l had l could get higher speeds b4 the wobble
